What did we decide / accomplish?

• 4-5 video tutorials
• we decided to work on a soft update of our purpose and have a plan how we will do it
• we had a great drum session and learned about non-verbal alignment in teams
• we decided to do further research on how we want to be organized as a network and that we want to design an experiment on that topic
• we started creating a facilitation resources page (feel free to add your own knowledge to it) and a slack channel #facilitation to discuss facilitation among ourselves

What did we learn?

• a lot about how to use a camera and build a nice story
• a lot about editing in iMovie
• facilitation-lifehacks

What was exceptional?

• the learning curve
• meeting the partners
• the collaboration with the teenagers and the partners
• the tutorial about using the camera with MIKA as talent (really looking forward to watching that again)
